- Water Service Charge $115.43
- Viejas Grade Project $5.02
- Treatment Plant / Dedicated Well Line Project $24.25
- Old Loan Payments $14.30

Along with a filled out DCWD New Service Application, the following is needed to rent a construction meter from the Descanso Community Water District-
Two separate checks in the amounts of:
-$200.00, which is a non-refundable admin/set up fee and will be cashed.
-$2,000.00, a deposit which will be kept aside and not cashed. This check can either be voided/shredded or given back to you at the return of the meter as long as nothing is wrong with or broken on the meter.
